2024 Conference scholarship opportunities.
The National Association for Poetry Therapy is offering five $200 scholarships this year.
NAPT is committed to inclusivity and broadening our membership base. For this reason, this year we are offering five scholarships of $200 each.
We encourage those working towards credentialing with the International Federation for Biblio/Poetry Therapy and first time attendees to apply, particularly those experiencing financial difficulties and for whom the registration fees would be a hardship. To apply for either one of these scholarships, please submit your name, e-mail, regular mailing address, and major field of endeavor, along with a brief essay of no more than 500 words indicating your professional/educational links to poetry therapy and reasons for wishing to attend the NAPT conference. The deadline for scholarship applications is FEBRUARY 11th. If you have already registered, you may still apply. If you receive the scholarship, NAPT will reimburse you the cost of your scholarship. Scholarship Recipients will be notified of acceptance by February 18th.
