MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES:
Individuals and institutional members in each category are entitled to the full list of membership benefits and may vote in NAPT elections and hold office. The membership year runs from January 1 through December 31.
The following dues levels are in effect for the upcoming membership year:

Institutional Members receive the print version of the Journal for Poetry Therapy. Academic institutions, health care facilities, businesses and organizations which support NAPT’s mission are encouraged to apply as Institutional Members. Please see the Institutional Membership page for details.

PRINT AND SEND MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION:
If you cannot use the online form above for any reason, you may also apply for or renew your membership to NAPT by using our Downloadable Membership Application (PDF).
- Your electronic membership application can be scanned in and emailed to Mary Johns at naptbkkr@poetrytherapy.org. In addition, please contact Mary Johns at naptbkkr@poetrytherapy.org about how to pay for your membership.
- Your paper membership application and a check written to NAPT can be mailed to The National Association for Poetry Therapy, Inc. c/o 19001 S Richfield Ave, #20, Green Valley, AZ 85614
