Our mind is a sizzling hive of pictures, words, thoughts, recollections - until sometimes it is difficult to find a balance. We may turn to writing in order to unload some of this inner noise. But sometimes, writing can be overwhelming and flooding. How can we use writing in order to crystallize and distill the exact words that will enable us to reflect the current moment without judgement or criticism? In this workshop we will talk about and experiment with interface between Poetry/Bibliotherapy and mindfulness and will exercise writing, reflecting and accepting the here and now.
